All prices on this site are absent by design: quotations are issued individually after specification review and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A purchase order against a quotation constitutes acceptance of that quotation's terms, including lead times and delivery terms (Incoterms as stated per quotation).
Equipment is supplied with the manufacturer's declarations and test evidence. Responsibility for correct application and installation remains with the purchaser or their appointed contractor, except where installation is explicitly contracted to JD Fire Protection.
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to sourced equipment; fabrication work is warranted for 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items and agent recharge services are excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
These terms are governed by the law of our registered jurisdiction as stated on quotations and invoices.
